5-Read the following passage, then answer the questions:
Doctors do not always know what causes high blood pressure
medically called hypertension. But we know a few things about this
disease. For example, men’s hypertension rates are much greater than
women's. Besides the disease usually begins in middle or old age and it
sometimes runs in families.
Many people have high blood pressure
without knowing it because there are usually no obvious symptoms. If
you want to know if "you have blood pressure, you have to ask your
doctor to check it for you.
If you have
high blood pressure, you have to look for a solution. If you are heavy,
losing weight can sometimes help. Some people's blood pressure goes down
when they give up salt. Others can improve by learning how to relax and
